where to get help?
If you are depressed, anxious or perhaps being bullied, you need to seek out the programs and tools available for support. It is also important for loved ones and family members to seek support.
This list of resources and tools is forever growing (currently 30+). If you have a great resource or tool to share please contact me and I will give it some consideration. I screen all resources for ease of use, depth of tools and quality of content.
Currently working on these resources. I want to start breaking them into local sources too.
