The overwhelming feeling of being helpless is devastating. It’s hard to know where to start to get back on your feet. Maybe you are scared to reach out, for fear of being hurt more or out of shame.

But, to get back on your feet, you can slowly build some skills and use tools to feel less helpless. There are people that can help, without judgement. Peers who have been there and professionals trained to assist.

Let’s get you out of your helpless state so you do not feel alone, paralysed, fatigued, useless, inferior, frustrated, vulnerable, empty, distressed and incapacitated.
