Ok. There are many types of hurt. Don’t be ashamed, as each day passes, you should hurt less.
Maybe you have been injured or deprived of love. Maybe you have been bullied, tormented, alienated, tortured or victimized. Maybe you are heartbroken or grief stricken. Maybe you have been humiliated or wronged.
