There are many common issues that surface from adoption, abuse, bullying and other societal issues. We feel like social outcasts and lay the blame on everything around us.

We often fail to see that the onus lies on ourselves to make the changes and correct habits that are causing us the same results again and again. For example, even with anger, sure maybe you have reason to be angry BUT wouldn’t it be better to take that energy and focus it on something productive instead of being destructive.
